In Houston, this adaptive reuse transformed an existing office facility into the South Central Police Station, strengthening structural performance and modernizing building systems for long-term resilience and efficiency. The design preserved much of the original construction to reduce environmental impact while upgrading envelope, MEP, and site irrigation to better support daily operations.
